Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) Onsite in Leominster, MA

Westaff in Leominster, MA is looking for an Entry-Level Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to start or grow a career in staffing and recruiting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $18-$20/hour DOE

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you'll play an important role in helping job seekers find meaningful employment while supporting our clients' staffing needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, screening, and evaluating candidates


• Using sound judgment to identify qualified candidates for available positions


• Matching associates with client expectations and job requirements


• Conducting associate orientations and preparing employees for assignments


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients


• Documenting recruiting activities and employee information in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (we'll train you!)

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same! You might start your morning reviewing applications and calling candidates to schedule interviews. Throughout the day, you'll meet with job seekers, help employees prepare for assignments, answer questions from clients and associates, and work to fill open positions. You'll spend a lot of time talking with people, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Basic computer and data entry skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Previous staffing, recruiting, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
