Kohler is seeking a Mold Setter to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will install, align, and change injection molds and tools, set machine parameters, and perform start-ups to ensure quality parts. You’ll troubleshoot molding issues, perform basic mechanical adjustments, and complete preventive maintenance on molds, cranes, and auxiliary equipment. The Mold Setter will read blueprints and setup sheets, document setups and production data, and collaborate with technicians, maintenance, and quality teams to improve safety, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
