Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting from the initial client consultation to the successful hire.
• Serve as a Trusted Client Partner, gaining a thorough understanding of their hiring requirements, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, complementing it with your own networks and tools like our dedicated communication platform.
• Utilize Our Advanced Platform to efficiently manage candidates, track communications, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Prioritize Sustainable Placements that add long-lasting value for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
• Contribute to Brand Development by sharing insights and knowledge that enhance our reputation — and yours.
