Qualifications What you'll be doing As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences and supporting the Head Chef in leading a high-performing kitchen team. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes that delight our guests every time Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation Support the smooth running of a busy kitchen during service Help drive food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards Work closely with your team to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction Support the implementation of new menus, seasonal dishes, and promotions Lead by example, motivating and developing junior members of the team What We're Looking For We're seeking a Sous Chef who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love of hospitality. You'll Have Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment A passion for fresh food and delivering excellent guest experiences Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others Great communication skills and a commitment to food safety and allergen compliance Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely #J-18808-Ljbffr
