Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in geriatric psychiatric care for a travel assignment in Akron, OH. This is a 10-week role in a dynamic work environment supporting patients over 60 years old with conditions such as dementia, depression, or suicidal tendencies.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Psych - Travel

• Care for geriatric patients with dementia, depression, or suicidal tendencies
• Manage 1 to 6/7 patient-to-nurse ratios in a 16 private room unit
• Collaborate with a team of 3 RNs and 1-3 techs based on census and patient acuity
• Utilize Centrak badges for increased safety and emergency response
• Float within scope to Med/Surg units as needed
• Perform blood draws and manage IVs

Requirements of the RN - Psych - Travel

• Valid Nursing degree accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Active BLS and CPI certification
• EPIC experience within the last year
• Willingness to float as required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Interview availability and scheduling required
