What we're looking for Portfolio PDF required : 5-8 case studies focused on web design work. Figma proficiency, including component systems and design tokens. Strong opinions about typography, layout, and color systems. Comfortable communicating asynchronously over Slack, Loom, and written docs. Nice to have Illustration or motion graphics background. Familiarity with WCAG accessibility and responsive grid systems. Experience designing for both English and Korean (typographic differences).
